Aniela and Daniel contacted Dream Occasions in 2007 to design and plan their wedding in Suffolk. They both work such long hours and live in London that organising the wedding themselves would be mission impossible.

The planning started with sourcing the perfect venue for the civil ceremony and Jewish/Christian blessing. Eventually we chose Milden Hall in Lavenham. The barn is beautifully rustic but also a little quirky with some permanent 4 poster beds in situ. We hired in some white chairs and purchased an aisle runner so Aniela could make a dramatic and stylish entrance. After the ceremony guests enjoyed an afternoon tea in the gardens surrounded by bunting made by the grooms Mother.

Late afternoon guests made their way to Aniela’s parents where 4 giant tipis were in position creating an impact on the surrounding countryside. Jugs of fresh flowers were placed in the garden and tiny origami birds hung from the trees. The interior of the tipis was very dramatic with the blue table cloths and stunning flowers. Each table had a designated ‘carver’ for the leg of lamb complete with carving costume and accessories that they seemed to wear all evening. once everyone had been fed they partied to the live band and the jukebox in the breaks.
