Planning and designing a wedding takes time and dedication, from researching on the internet to interviewing suppliers, your evenings and weekends seem to be filled with wedding tasks with no fun allocated.
Your engagement should be a time of pleasure and excitement, but instead it seems to be stressful and tedious. We offer a full design and planning service; it is purely bespoke and as individual as you. This service is ideal for couples who are time short or live away from the area in which they plan to marry.
The process starts with a complimentary consultation at a place & time convenient to you, this allows us to get to know each other. The consultation is two fold, we want to understand more about you as a couple and what visions you have for the wedding but at the same time you need to learn about us and how we work. Within 1 week we send your our proposal which includes a synopsis of your wedding, the services we will provide and of course our quotation. The fee is determined after the consultation once we understand the level of service required but generally are between 10-15% of your budget or our minimum fee of £3,000.
The Planning
In essence we do the legwork; we recommend our top suppliers who we trust explicitly or recommend new ones to suit your wedding. We liaise with them throughout the planning process ensuring they are up to speed on your wedding plans. A personal working file will be provided (electronic) with your budget, reports, timeline and supplier payment schedule.
The Design
If you accept our proposal we will present you with our initial design ideas, it is from this we determine what style will work best for you. We will source all accessories from linen to stationery, and ensure all suppliers work with your theme in mind. About 6 months before the wedding we provide you with a mood board detailing the proposed design.
The Management
On the wedding day Bernadette will be available to manage the day alongside her team of assistants and will style your venue ensuring the theme carries through with meticulous attention to detail.
