UKAWP Social Event

Once a year the UKAWP host a social evening called mix and mingle, at the beginning of the month I had the pleasure of attending the London event hosted by the London Eye Barracuda yacht.

The evening began with drinks and canapés before Sandy and I gave a welcome speech after which the yacht took us on a 2 hour cruise. Having the roof opened enabling us all to see the London landmarks lit up at night was breathtaking.

I was so busy chatting to guests as part of my role as UKAWP director I think I only sampled 1 cocktail, note to self stand by the bar next time! I always enjoy the UKAWP events, chatting to our members but also meeting suppliers or new planners face to face (rather then via social media).
