For clients who wish to enjoy the wedding planning experience under the guidance of a professional wedding planner we offer a full design and planning service. This service is bespoke and tailored to each client’s individual needs.
Flexible Consultation
During our initial consultation we will have our portfolio and testimonial folder available for you to look at. Ideally we ask that both the bride and groom attend so we can understand your personalities and any preferences for your wedding.
The Proposal
Following our consultation we will prepare a proposal listing all the services you require from us and of course our proposed fee.
Location, Location
Once hired our first task will be to locate that perfect venue for you. We have worked at some fabulous venues in East Anglia and so have first hand knowledge on which ones are right for you. Likewise if it is a marquee you need, we can recommend the best one for your style of wedding.
The Suppliers
Any supplier we recommend has been personally vetted by us and in many cases we have worked with them on previous events. Once a supplier has been hired we: check all contracts, liaise with them throughout the planning process, advise you when payments are due, arrange any appointments (+ attend with you) send them pre wedding instructions and a schedule of events.
The Design
We will source all accessories from linen to stationery, and ensure all suppliers work with your wedding design in mind. On the day we will style your venue or marquee ensuring the design carries through with meticulous attention to detail.
Wedding Day Management
We will be working alongside your suppliers on the day ensuring all our plans are carried out perfectly. Along with her assistant, Bernadette will supervise the ceremony and act as master of ceremonies if required. We always blend into the background to keep the schedule on track without causing a fuss. We promise no headsets or bum bags on the day!
Price
Our fee is determined after our consultation and listed within our proposal. We charge a % of your agreed budget or our minimum fee of £4,000.
